Internet controllable webcams for Macs.

Is there an internet controllable webcam or robot arm available for OS X?

I'd like to mount an iSight on a controllable robot arm, for security, and to see what my pets get up to when I'm at work. Is there any economical way of doing this in OS X?

Something like the Panasonic BL-C10A is the typical solution, and the Panasonic webcams work pretty well with OS X browsers. Pair it with something like EvoCam or SecuritySpy for security recording.

I had the exact same question. (Since I've already bought an iSight, I don't want to purchase another camera.)
