Looking for a Russian tea set

I am looking for a "Russian" tea set--specifically a silver tea pot and glass cups with the nice little holders. I'd prefer a brick and mortar shop in the Chicago area (and an alternative to the Maison Russe in Lisle). Antique or authentic are not requirements.

I've seen similar for sale at Sieglers in the past - don't know if they have any currently

I'm pretty sure I've seen similar sets in the Persian Grocery on Clark Street in Andersonville. I think it's called Pars, but I'm not sure. Worth a look if you're in the city anyway...

The "nice little holders" are known as podstakanniki (meaning "under the glass").

It's been a little while, but there is an actual russian tea house downtown, by the art institute (google says that it's called "russian tea time" at 77 e. adams st., but what does it know?) I don't know if they sell the tea glasses, but they serve in them, so they must have a source. A nice phone call might do the trick...
