What are some weird food combinations that actually taste good?

I know that I love sultanas and celery together. My grandmother, too, has orange juice on her breakfast cereal. But do you know of any others?

At a Spanish restaurant in Brooklyn I'd gone to with some friends, there was Balsamic vinegar in the chocolate cake dessert. It was delicious.

cheese and Patak's curry paste
cheese and Marmite (only weird to those who didn't grow up on Marmite I suspect)
Milk and cranberry juice (my son wanted to know what this would taste like, so I made it, thinking it would curdle or be disgusting, but in fact it was delicious)

Ginger snaps and bleu cheese.

Pineapple and soy sauce.

Peanut butter on a dressed hamburger. (The peanut butter has to be hot and melty, though. Not cold fresh from the jar.)

Next time you make a tuna fish sandwich, plop a pineapple ring on it. Awesome.

An old friend turned me onto this one, and I'll swear by it: jam on a slice of processed cheese on toast. When I first scoffed at the idea, my friend replied, "... and yet you don't think cheese cake is weird?" I then took one bite and loved it ever since.
