I'd get them legally, but $35 for a CD?

Are there any P2P programs that are particularly good for Japanese rock and pop music?

I lost all my anime music in a hard drive crash a few years ago, and I've been overtaken by nostalgia for a couple of my old songs. I've been out of the P2P loop for a while due to my former ISP blocking them, and I'm looking for suggestions. Best would be a program used by a lot of Japanese people where I could search using Japanese characters; failing that, anything with a lot of J-rock and anime music fans would be OK.

I can find pretty hard-to-get stuff with Soulseek.

I second Mordecai. Lots of Japanese music on Soulseek.
