Is there are any software that can perform a decent grammar check?

It would be great, but not completely neccesary, if the software can be used inside of microsoft word.

Ultralingua Grammatica has been around for a very long time in this product niche. I've never used it intensely, but it certainly seems to be better than what's built in to Word.

No. Find a good (human) editor who's willing to work with you.
