Where do I find foot prostheses/shoes designed like those pictured and described in this article?

I have all of my limbs and extremities. I want a pair of these designed to improve the velocity of a normal, fully able runner. Any thoughts? My google-fu can find almost nothing.

One of the stilt walkers in March Fourth uses them, so if no one comes up with a resource here you may be able to contact them for more information. Alternatively try looking for a place that sells stilts and see what they have to say.

Another in the FWIW catelog: the filmmakers for Underworld (I &II) created just such contraptions for their werewolves. You can see clips of them testing the devices on the DVD for II.

Since they were custom-made I have to wonder if they exist as off-the-shelf products.
