Mysterious new Nissan car? (wow that sounded like viral crap)

I keep seeing a new little Nissan in my city, it's tiny, cute and has a retractable targa-like top and is styled like an early 60's Nissan from Japan but is brand new. There is no mention of it on any Nissan websites, anyone seen this car?

It's a figaro. Only 15,000 were produced as a sort of concept in the early 90s. Some places like the one I linked are importing them and selling them. I hear there are several in London and Vancouver cruising around. If you search flickr for figaro, you'll find a bunch.

I tried to buy one. Hard to find. Think about getting a Weismann instead. Costly, but worth it.
