Free voicemail for Canadians?

Are there any
Canadian free voicemail services a la
Netzero Privatephone (as
seen in the blue)?
So much for not looking a gift horse in the mouth...
Netzero is neat, but US-only numbers means long distance for any would-be leavers of voicemail.
Bonus points for (416) or (905) area codes, but I won't hold my breath.
