What is this a photo of?

In an online treasure hunt, one of the clues is a photo of a piece of artwork made out of green bottles. The photo is included inside. Does anyone know where/what this is?

All I know is that it's somewhere in the northeastern US, probably Massachusetts, but potentially anywhere between New York and Maine, and that it's almost certainly part of a roadside attraction of some sort.

Perhaps from one of the many bottle houses across north america? See if someone in the Bottlehouse flickr group recognizes it.

Perrier's North American HQ seems to be in Greenwich, Connecticut. But that doesn't mean they have a plant there.
