Help me find this song...

I was out shopping yesterday and heard a song, and the only things I can remember about it is that it name-dropped Sufjan Stevens and mentioned Chicago. Naturally, Googling Sufjan Stevens + Chicago got me nowhere, so I was hoping someone knew what it was. Anyone?
