Question: Tennis, everyone?

Cost of building a tennis court?

Not that I even own a house yet much less have the disposable income to built a court, but my question is:

How much does it cost to build a decent residential tennis court?

How much does it cost to build a minimally nice court?

Not talking grass or clay or anything too snazzy. Assuming the land is already clear and relatively flat.

And I'm talking about the cost of hiring people for all the work, too. Not a project for myself.

If it helps, when my parents built their pool, they were debating between it and a tennis court. Obviously, its a pricey venture. Though, one would expect a tennis court would be cheaper...at least the maintennace is.
