How to access a foreign bank site?

I can't seem to access my personal banking with a foreign bank. How can I get this website to work properly, so that I can login? Error messages are: # Normal operation is not possible. Verify and correct the date and time displayed on the compute. # Your safety setting is not set properly. If this screen is displayed, setting the internet security setting to normal. # additional plugins are required to display all tech media on this page. # The page has content of MIME type “application/x-ocx-container-plugin”. Because you don't have a plug-in installed for this MIME type, this content can’t be displayed. # The page has content of MIME type “application/x-softforum-xecssl40”. Because you don’t have a plug-in installed for this MIME type, this content can’t be displayed.

I tried to access with Mac(os x) and PC(win). Tried with browers explorer, firefox, and netscape. Tried setting security settings at "low", and allowing pop-ups. Date and time on displays are correct. Tried to look for these plugins, but can't find them.

Try changing the timezone on your computer to that of the bank's country.

Tried that too, but still same. The login button does not click to a link, and displays "javascrip:login()".

It's looking for a plugin that you don't have installed. Not one I've ever heard of before, but googling for x-softforum-xecssl40 brings up a lot of results (mostly in Korean) including the name "XecureWeb"; and googling for that brings up what appears to be an installer for the plugin.

I cannot vouch for this particular source; it's just the first reasonable-looking link I found. I assume the bank website you're using has its own link to install the plugin; if I were you I'd follow that link instead.

Also, just asking the obvious here. Any reason you haven't contacted the bank? Any bank with an online presence will have technical support you can contact with questions like this and receive specialized help to fix what ever problem you may be having.
