Any embedded software conferences in the US in June '06?

Embedded software-related conferences in the US in late June?

I'm asking for my husband, who's going to Chicago (from New Zealand) for some training at the end of June. He's hoping to make the most of this trip for his employer, so he's looking for recommendations for embedded software, software process or safety system-related conferences anywhere in the US around that time.

Thanks for all of those. There's the DSN conference in Philadelphia. Has anyone been to one in the past that could recommend it over the rest?
