Free email autoresponder?

Looking for (free) email autoresponder software, the kind that tries to answer questions by matching keywords from an email to answers in a knowledgebase. Can anyone point me to some?

If you can't find prepackaged software, you could write a VBA script and do it using Outlook.

Response by poster: Thanks. Though if I can't find an existing solution I'll write something in php/mysql that hooks into our existing database infrastructure (for example, our existing FAQ engine).
