crepes on cole recipe

As a birthday present, I want to make my spouse's dream meal, which is apparently a feta cheese or greek-style crepe from Crepes On Cole in San Francisco. I've never been there and don't live in SF. Can any one guess at the recipe that I'm after?

I know how to make the crepes, I guess I'm looking for the filling , a guess at whatever sauce they use if any, and if they are baked afterwards, etc. I've never had the dish I'm after. I hope this is enough info, it's all I've got as I'm trying to make this a surprise.

im not sure about the greek one, was it the mediterranean? that has a filling with i think cheddar, onions, eggplant, pesto, tomato, and roasted pepper. You can also get feta, red peppers, artichokes & other things on top.

According to their take-out menu, the "Greek Delight" is: cheddar, onions, artichoke hearts, black olives, mushrooms, tomato and feta cheese.

The "Mediterranean" is: cheddar, onions, eggplant, pesto, tomato and roasted pepper.

If you want to go for the full Crepes on Cole flavor, you'll also include a side of potatoes that have been sitting on the grill for a couple hours. Throw in mixed greens and a couple slices of bread and butter for good measure. This is standard SF crepe-house fare.
