Question: Kafka On the Shore fan site

Where can I find Murakami's website that allowed readers to submit questions regarding the meaning of the book Kafka On the Shore?

According to Wikipedia ". 8,000 questions were received and Murakami responded personally to about 1,200 of them." I just finished the book for the second time and I really would like find this site. I realize that it might be in Japanese, but I did an advanced Google Search narrowing my search to "site: .jp" but I can't find anything.

I think that this is it (though I am not sure as it is in Japanese, which I do not speak/read).

I did some quick googling in Japanese, and it appears the domain was kafkaontheshore.com for a limited time (from early summer 2002 to Feb. 14, 2003). There's nothing left there now, but the Q&As have been made into a book called "Kafka on the Shore Official Magazine" ("Shonen Kafuka": Japanese only).
On preview, what TheRaven linked to is "Murakami Asahi-do," which is another limited-time official site (3 months), which also accepted questions until May 15, but it's not what you're looking for. Sorry I can't be of much help here.
