Tango creative site

Help me remember this website! Small website consulting company. It had two words, most likely starting with "web____". It was award winning, made with flash, punchy animations and a distinctive tango-like soundtrack.

Was it mostly orange, with lots of then-in-vogue tiny pixel fonts, and silhoutte images of the principals?
