Take a bubble bath baby? Song & Band help needed

Song name problem. I remember an upbeat and poppy tune from a CMJ issue from the late 90's. The lyrics I can recall are "Take a bubble bath baby. There's a towel on the towel rack" and "Got a pimple, keep it simple". I've tried searching lyrics sites via google and had no luck.

Guessing it might be the song Bubble Bath by Canned Hamm, a strange canadian band.
