Mexican OTC aphrodisiac

I'm trying to find the name of a Mexican male "performance" enchancer that I once saw at a Walgreens in Berkeley. It comes in a yellow box and has a picture of a bull's head on it and is apparently made from bull's testicles. The design is fantastic, and I'm having no luck google-fuing up a name.

probably contains Taurine, which is extracted from bull bile. It's found in most energy drinks.
