CD Sleeve Origami

A few years ago I found online a method of folding a CD case out of a sheet of letter paper. I can't find it again. There was no cutting involved. It was not a pdf file. It was not the one which requires you to divide the top of the paper into 5 equal segments, it was more of an asymetrical thing.

This one works too, and can be sized for either US Letter size or A4 paper.

Here's one that allows you to use images from flickr.

(you have to cut on that one though...)

Those are great sites, thanks, but this was purely a paper-folding demonstration - no inputting of any data. Just how to fold a plain piece of paper.

This one? It was even posted to Metafilter, so maybe that's how you found it?

There's also this (which is like kcm's link except without the printed track titles, etc).
