BabyShowerFilter: What to write on the cake?

I've been tasked with getting a cake for my friend's baby shower. I figure I'll get a plain 9x13 sheet cake, no fancy shapes or anything, but I want to get an inscription on it. My friend was on the fence for a long time about having a child, and definitely isn't your typical-mom-to-be - something cutesy, sweet and endearing is totally out.
I'm trying to think of something humorous, maybe slightly edgy and am totally at a loss. It needs to fit on a cake so can't be too long, but rhyming might make it funny.
If it helps, she's having a baby girl (1st week in July).

It's not funny, but this is the coolest baby shower cake I've ever seen (blue fondont for the base, white frosting for bubbles, small rubber duckies to finish it off).

I went to a co-ed shower in which the cake said "For the mother and the motherf-er". There was booze there.

Seriously, "A shower of blessings", "X Weeks 'Til Mommyhood" or something sappy about blessings, luck, congratulations, etc.

With all those hormones raging, you don't want to get too funny or you'll have a sobbing or offended woman on your hands.

How about 'Welcome' (like the commonly found welcome mat on peoples' front stoops)? (I tried to google images for "welcome mat cake", but apparently I'm the only one who thinks this idea is appropriate.) Still, I do think 'Welcome' is an appropriate sentiment, and it's probably pretty easy to reproduce the look of a welcome mat on a rectangular cake. You could add cutsie images (or not) as needed.

Also, what are your friend's interests? If she enjoys boating, "Welcome Aboard," if she likes reading, "Starting a new chapter," if she likes movies, "Enjoy the show," for a fan of amusement parks, "please stay seated until the ride has come to a complete stop."

There's a cliche/semi-witty phrase that can be made to sound like it's about babies for every hobby/interest/career.
