How can I get one of these eyeball webcams without reading Japanese?

For obvious reasons, I want this. The problem is that I don't read Japanese. I've tried Google, but searching "eyeball webcam" doesn't really narrow down results.

Is there a caring, Japan residing MeFite that can help me accomplish this goal?

Eyebalkid, why not just send them an email in English saying you want to buy the product, are willing to pay for shipping etc? I'm sure they won't turn you down.

I'm in Tokyo. If worst comes to worst, send me an email and we'll work something out.

FWIW, I saw a bunch of these "eye-ball cams" although somewhat different here in the states last Xmas. A major retailer was carrying them, I believe Circuit City.
