How to clean tubular skylights?

Tubular skylights -- how to clean? Just bought a house with solar tube skylights and dirt has collected on the bottom glass (diffuser). Does the bottom diffuser pop off for cleaning?

Mine unscrew rather than pop off, but yes, the bottom pieces are removable.

Ditto the ones in my office. (At least, I think they unscrewed ... they do come apart in some relatively straightforward way.)
