Indentify this play about Alzheimers

Anyone know the name of a UK television play (1980s?) about people with Alzheimers, starring real patients and actors playing the patients' younger selves. Probably with period music.

I checked at http://www.uknova.com/ - It's not currently posted. You could ask on the forums, though. There've been some really amazing rare finds of Uk programs posted there.
