I'm looking for a jokey piece on the Internet which is a treatise on how to reform English which gradually changes into German as you read.

Does anyone have a link for this? It's impossible to Google for!

Heh - I remember this doing the rounds here at work about 7 years ago; could have sworn that I'd got it saved on the computer somewhere, but no... fortunately, the version Meatbomb linked to is the same as the one I remember.

The one I remember is Meihem In Ce Klasrum, in which spelling reform notions morph the text into unintelligible chaos.
