Cozy Mouse By Fireplace

I've had this image framed since I was a child. It seems to have come from a calendar in the early 80s. All I can find of it online is the following link to a bookplate: https://bookplateink.com/product/ms100-mouse-fireplace/ I was wondering if there were any mefis who know who drew this picture, or where it originated? Thank You!

Best answer: Here's the calendar, I think!

The blog on the site you links says, "The Antioch Bookplate Company, in its early days, promoted the use of bookplates for ordinary folk, as people could order one of its many designs — often called universal designs — that are available to the public. No need to hire an artist to create a design specifically for you, although that is always an option. Many well-known artists, such as Lynd Ward, Rockwell Kent, and Robert Whitmore, created artwork for Antioch bookplates."
I'd reach out to the people at Bookplate Ink and ask them. They seem to know stuff!

The style reminds me a lot of the Brambly Hedge books, if you're interested in anything similar.

Bookmouse seems to have been a recurring Antioch character, judging by this book listing.
