Help me find this web-based graphic novel/comic?

I'm trying to find a web-based graphic novel/webcomic, and google is not working.

I saw this story linked on Metafilter. It was about spaceships, and I think about sport? The story was very oblique and confusing. It was very long, and very avant-garde. I think it used interesting things with scrolling to tell the story. I think it had a number as a title. Halp!

It also has a sequel, 20020. The follow-up “20021” was announced but has been delayed.
