Covid-safer socialising in London

What are some relatively Covid-safe activities my friend and I can enjoy together tomorrow in London?
I would like to hang out with a friend in London tomorrow. They’re visiting from Amsterdam, staying at a hotel in Shoreditch. Prevalence is crazy high right now in the U.K. and I’m risk averse, so I guess we’re looking at outdoor options, preferably close to where my pal is staying.
In an ideal universe our day would involve outdoor drinks and chats (maybe in a lovely park like Highgate Wood or Tower Hamlets cemetery), al fresco lunch or dinner somewhere I can avoid being breathed on, and maybe a cultural activity - but I realise this is probably asking too much, so I may have to make do with park drinks.
I’m avoiding public transport and will be travelling by cab. I’m also having trouble with my knee at the moment so can’t do loads of walking and can’t sit on the ground.
Can you suggest any Covid-safe places to go or things to do tomorrow in London/Shoreditch? A proposed itinerary would be even better. Thanks for your help!

Best answer: Kew Gardens might be nice. 90% outdoors.
Alternatively, take the ferry to Greenwich. Nice ride up the Thames (you can stand outside), the site itself is pleasant, and even the indoor things like the Painted Hall are mostly in vast spaces that in terms of air volume aren't all that different from being outside.
Neither of these are super-close to Shoreditch, though.

Best answer: Bunhill Fields is a nice cemetery-turned-park; Daniel Defoe and William Blake are both buried there. Most pubs in the area have at least adequate beer gardens and Shoreditch in particular has a good scattering of rooftop bars. The Owl & Pussycat, the Queen of Hoxton, yadda yadda.

Best answer: There's Much Ado About Nothing on at the Globe on tomorrow, which is an outdoor theatre (but a fairly crowded one at that!)
