How to create rotating online flash product display?

Flash Template & Info for creating 360 rotating products?

Looking for information on creating online product displays that allow the customer to rotate the item 360 degrees to view the product.
Step 1 would be to photograph the product while rotating it.
Step 2 would be to incorporate the pictures in a flash template. The template would have nav controls built in.

My question is where can I find info on techniques and software for step 1, and info and or pre made flash templates for step 2?

Does it have to be flash?

Yes flash based is a requirement.
Picturecloud is interesting but I'm sure / hoping, that there must be something that doesn't require a monthly fee.
