Help for the fearful-avoidant

I just discovered that I have a fearful-avoidant attachment style. I'd love book recommendations or any advice or personal experiences with dealing with this attachment style.

I finally read Attached by Levine and Heller but it didn't really cover fearful-avoidant attachment style. Please recommend some additional resources for information about fearful-avoidant attachment. I'd also love to hear any advice or tips from the fearfully avoidant or from people close to them or therapists.

This discovery explains so much about my personal life, which unfortunately means I'm not thriving. It seems like this attachment style has the worst combination of qualities and proclivities. I have definitely frustrated a series of romantic partners.

I've previously been in therapy and I'm about to start again.

I highly recommend the Personal Development School on YouTube and its accompanying website with courses.

The YouTube is updated daily (including national/bank holidays) and includes a playlist for the fearful avoidant.

The website periodically has sales, but you can also access any course for 7 days (which is enough to save a course and decide whether you wish to continue).
