Curated collection of college courses

I would like to find an organized collection of all the recorded college courses out there. It would be nice to browse by topic, by university, by year, etc. Apple had a good thing going with iTunes U but seems to have abandoned any browsable structure along with the app.

This is so common! I don't know how much this helps, but some apps still have hyperlinking and tags, so you could click the name of a record label and get all records on that label, and so on. So an app without a main-interface browsing option might still get you there when you've gone a couple of levels down, to say a course in swedish history, you may be able to see all "swedish history" or everything from that school.

I mention this because some apps leave these functions in, some (*cough* Spotify *cough) apps willfully want to force users to follow their designed pathways to their chosen content, others have a simple UI but leave the backend links open.

So there might be something out there that doesn't have that prescribed interface, but could still be browsed usefully. You know, designed for it's users, not for its secondary income streams.
