Summer mens fragrance in a blue bottle

What men's fragrance comes in a tallish bottle (not squat), is blue and smells quite light, but very classy?

I know this sounds a bit metro, but some bloke had it in the changing room, and I want to get some. It smells quite summery and daytimey, but very classy and well balanced. I remember the bottle was quite tall and slim, not a stubby one. It was an older guy so the scent might have been around for a while.

I would also suggest Cool Water. Another possibility is
L'Eau Bleue d'Issey Pour Homme.

I've got a feeling I've tried cool water, and don't think the bottle's right for chrome.Any other suggestions?
