I Get Rid of My Books and Regret It

Does this book ring a bell? I am searching for an illustrated/graphic memoir about the breakdown of a marriage. The husband is cheating with his personal trainer or running partner.
The author is a woman. It tells the story of a breakup of a relationship/marriage. The couple is childless that I can remember. I think they live in New York, or the author is from New York. The husband is cheating. I think he is cheating with his personal trainer or a woman he met in his running group. He comes up with new hobbies and activities as a cover to hide his infidelity. I think he might be training for a road race or a triathlon. He goes out for "runs" but is really meeting with his mistress. The book cover was red, hardcover. It has an illustration on the front cover. It has a melancholic/ironic title like A Love Story but that's not it. It's a short book with simple black and white illustrations (there might be touches of blue or yellow). I am guessing that it was published around 2014-2016. I bought the book used. When I Google I can't find anything.
