Visual bookmark management with drag and drop?

Do you know of any useful bookmark manager extensions/web apps that have drag and drop, visual sorting, and are powerful to deal with a lot of bookmarks in a lot of folders and sub(-sub-sub...) folders?

I have oodles of bookmarks. It's clear that I'm beyond the use most browsers are designed for. I envision a web bookmarks app where I can visually sort my bookmarks into folders, drag and drop. Or –alternatively– any other system users find useful for the same circumstance.

Currently adding bookmarks is very cumbersome, the safari shortcut is right-clicking the site icon, and you get an (in my case) endlessly long dropdown of all the folders, and sub(-sub-sub...) folders.

Why? ADHD - my memory isn't great, so I like to see things in front of me. We jokingly call that "lack of object permanence", like babies have, where they don't know something exists unless its in field of view. For us (or some of us) it's more that we forget or struggle to find things that are stowed away. I've tried a couple of solutions, they worked with tags and such, and while those are good, they rely on me remembering what I called something last time.

For what? I have one folder for safekeeping of things I might want to use later, your classic bookmark. Sorted into sub- and sub-sub folders. I have one for regular websites, sorted into your usual types, Tech News, General reading, Funny, Music, and like 8 other fields of interest. Then I have two storage silos for design and for music, my two occupations/hobbies. Those are sorted into very intricate trees.

Have you found anything like this that you enjoy using? Bonus points if you've got this "object permanence" issue (some of) us ADHD folks have.

Best answer: I use Group Speed Dial (on Firefox, but I see it's available for most browsers).
