Who wanted to hug Audie Cornish?

They were sending off Audie Cornish today and they played a clip of a male film director saying “I need a hug from you” and she said “that’s not going to happen” and exited the interview. Who was that director? Google isn’t helping. Thank you!

Best answer: Are you thinking of the Spike Jonze interview?
JONZE: I'm feeling like that I need to hug you. That's all.

(LAUGHTER)

CORNISH: Oh, OK. Well, that hasn't happened.

When I listen to the recording of the interview, the context for the hug seems very different than what's suggested here. They had reached a sort of impasse in the interview: she wanted him to speak directly about the film's message, and he very much wanted to leave it undefined and probe her emotional reaction to the film instead. The hug was Jonze's way of sort of amicably ending the interview. Cornish says "well that hasn't happened" to acknowledge the unusualness, and then there's a pause, and some audible shifting, which makes me think they really did hug it out before she signs off. I could be way off here...
