Help me identify a song with the chorus "Rock back/I like it like that"

Heard it in a shop - too slow to Shazam :(. It was a soul song - I would guess from the 70s but who knows? Google is not turning up anything. I also may have slightly misheard the lyrics, especially the "rock" part. It was a fantastic song so I'm hoping someone might be familiar with it.

Could it have been “sing it right back” rather than “rock back”?
