how can i find an earliest tumblr post?

i want to find the earliest post on tumblr of william s. burroughs, a thanksgiving prayer, but google advanced search has failed me so far. is there a specialized search engine that would be good for this? a google advanced search technique that would work?

Google searches will only find public tumblr posts, but a Google query like

site:tumblr.com "Thanks for the wild turkey and the passenger pigeons"

only turns up a handful of results, which can be checked manually. I think the oldest is this one, posted 27 November 2008. That's only ~1.5 years after tumblr was founded.

I misread the question the first time, and so I got to have the delightful experience of being like 'Wait, William S. Burroughs was on Tumblr?'
