Reheating delicata squash

I want to roast some delicata squash and maybe some apple slices tonight, and take it to a potluck lunch tomorrow. What would be the best way to reheat the dish before serving? Assume there’s an oven and a microwave but no toaster oven. Thanks!

I have had good luck microwaving squash to reheat. I would use a big glass or ceramic serving dish. The thicker the pieces, the more I would stir or flip to make sure it gets heated all the way through. Enjoy the potluck!

Agree, this should be fine microwaved. Roasted veggies are definitely one of my potluck go-tos and microwaving always works.
