Theseus' Cap: My baseball cap brim has had it. Who repairs this?

I've got a hat I'd like to keep for sentimental reasons. So it needs a new brim. IS there a way to get that replaced or mended? Or is this the end of the line for ol' Cap?

I would expect that if you sourced another cap with a suitable brim in new condition, and brought both caps to an experienced tailor, you would be able to find a solution!

Is the goal of restoration to still wear the cap? If it's time to retire the cap but you still want to keep it, consider getting a display case for it - there are cubes for desk/shelf display, and there are hat-shaped ones that can hang on the wall.
