Seeking Video from Olympics

I'm seeking footage from NBC's coverage of the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, South Korea.

I'm working on a project. For my research, I need footage from NBC's coverage of the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, South Korea.

I'm looking for NBC's human-interest coverage--the stories around the Olympics. Here's an example of what I'm seeking. Unfortunately, the clips I've found on YouTube do not include the story I need.

Does anyone have tapes or know someone who might have taped NBC's coverage of the 1988 Olympics? The clip I need is a critical part of my research.

It looks like NBC has stopped supporting their video archive and sold their library's rights to Getty Images. I have made requests through Getty, but the representative said they do not license clips for research. Also, they were rude and condescending with my request, so I don't think I'm getting anywhere there.

Any leads would be much appreciated!

Getty should provide screeners. DM me for more info.

A long shot, but the Criterion Collection streaming service has a Korean-produced film with footage from the 1988 Olympics.
