Question: Who delivers fishing ponds?

There is a company in the Twin Cities that will bring live fish ponds to your catered event and let people fish in them...

Essentially, you can get a small portable fish pond brought to your company picnic, etc. so people can cast for and catch actual live fish during the event. I tried Google, but can't think of the search terms I'd need to get the right company in the Twin Cities area (MN, US). I need to know the name of this company. Bonus points for contact info.

Have you tried the Cooperative Trout Enhancement Program? Looks like they're offering what you want.

My search terms: portable pond "twin cities". Had to drill down a bit off the second link.

I saw that, too, and it would be exactly the thing, but that's in Washington state.

You could contact any fish hatchery that you can find and try to interest them. They regularly transport fish for stocking, if you had a wading pool and some cheap rods you could maybe cut a deal.

They would also need an aerator or oxygen tank, but they must have something like that for transporting anyway.

My brother does this in PA, and puts in one albino. Catch it and win a prize. An airhorn or bell to sound when a catch is made makes it more fun for the kids.

Sometimes he guts and cleans them, sometimes catch and release.

Try calling these guys:

Bull Frog Fish Farm Trout Hatchery

They're about 60 miles east of Minneapolis, but they're good people and will probably be able to help you out. They also have a kick ass fish hatchery where you can go and fish and have a shore lunch. Great way to spend the afternoon.
