I googled but couldn't find it, is there anywhere to find the percentages of medical school applicants that are black men versus black women?

Assuming you mean in the US, this looks like what you're looking for. It's from the American Association of Medical Colleges. It's only allopathic medical schools: I'll try to find similar info for osteopathic.

You can find DO school numbers here. The latest cycle they have is 2019.

Response by poster: So in 2021 there are almost exactly twice as many female applicants as male. What about matriculants though? 1457:2906

yes US Allopathic would be best.

I'm using this link, which has a lot of reports.

The 2020-2021 data is for the entering class of 2020, I think. I don't think they have data on this application cycle yet. I don't think most schools have even notified all of their applicants yet.

So in 2021 there are almost exactly twice as many female applicants as male.

Note that this roughly matches the distribution bachelor's degrees awarded to (non-Hispanic) Black students. That site has links to numbers/distributions of degrees awarded split various ways if you also need to chase down numbers for broader context.
