Can you identify this waspy fly?

I've never seen this guy before. Medium small--max 2cm wingspan. Fuzzy body, black and white striped underneath. Needle snout, quite long legs, wings always held out like this, not folded against body. Found on juniper.

Looks like a Bee Fly.

There are some on Google Images that look identical.
