current state of the art for online wish list?

what's the easiest DESKTOP utility for keeping track of Internet wish lists?
c 10-15 (?) years ago there was a utility I used... it installed a browser extension (for Safari.) You saw something while browsing that you wanted to add to your wish list. You clicked the extension button on the browser. It imported the item to the list. You could easily share the list with whomever.
At some point this stopped working. I'm not even sure what it was called.
Is there a thing that does this now? Not interested in mobile apps and obviously I am not talking about Amazon.
