Virtual tour guide?

I think I saw a site recommended on here that connects people with local tour guides for virtual tours of cities in developing countries. It wasn't connected to a large company. Does anyone remember the name?

Airbnb does this now, they’re called “experiences”, but I’m not sure about the smaller company.

I think Atlas Obscura is doing something like this nowadays.

This is not exactly that, but it is a virtual tour up Mt Kilimanjaro in support of local porters (who are paid per trip, and no trips are running now).

Kili climbs are a very big part of the local economy (I used to work in Arusha), so they must be hurting right now.
