J&R will ship to Canada. I've ordered from them before when I've wanted Sony stuff not sold up here, no problems.

sony.ca doesn't know about that particular model, so you are probably going to have to find a US company.

Umm, J&R's general policy is that they ship to Canada, and I've bought stuff from them before, but on that page, they say mainland US only. May want to call first, sorry if I misled.
