Best social media manager 2020 edition

I'm looking for social media schedulers that will allow me to schedule tweets and Instagram posts WITH TAGGING. Free is great but would pay for the right app. Bonus points for something where authentication for Instagram actually works. Buffer, TweetDeck , and Hootsuite don’t seem to have tagging available in the free versions, and I cannot get Hootsuite to authenticate Instagram and actually post. What say you?

My favorite tool is Sprout Social, and if I understand what you mean by tagging, it may do what you need, but though it has a free trial, it's paid with different feature tears.

Response by poster: I can’t afford $99 per month. I literally only need this for one Twitter and one Instagram. Surely there’s SOMETHING that does this????

Creator Studio in Facebook allows scheduling, tagging (and cross posting from FB) for Instagram. Tweet Deck offers scheduling and tagging. Both are free.

Response by poster: Gfrobe, how do you tag a photo in tweetdeck? I don't see that as an option. You can @ them, but not tag the photo.

Apologies. I thought you meant using @ to tag, which I realize now is a mention, not a tag. My mistake!
