What is a good online cooking course for beginners?

I'm looking for a good quality online cooking course. My preference is something that covers the basics and builds on that foundation. Bonus if the course is free, but that's not a deal-breaker.
I really cannot recommend the folks at HomeCookingNY enough. It used to be an in-person but they've gone to shopping lists and zoom. I'm confident they'll do it right.
They have an online bootcamp that's weekly for 5 weeks starting October 26th, but lots of other one-off online classes before then. I definitely got SO MUCH out of cooking from your pantry, which they'll be doing on November 6th.
