I have a question, it was asked here before, but left unanswered. Mumbling song ID question after the jump.

I am looking to find the name of a song and related internet video I saw on TV
Here is the original question

I saw this video on one of the viral video shows recently (either web junk 20, or viral videos on bravo) and I had it TIVO'd, but before I could show my wife it got deleted by a newer episode.
The only info I can add about it, is that is a hispanic video and I think it starts with a C

actually, it might be titled something else (or I might have spelled it totally wrong), considering how few google matches I get for it. I'll keep looking.
