Looking For The Name Of A Band From The 90s

I worked on a music video back in the early 90s. I think the band had only one hit song, but it was big enough that MTV played it fairly regularly for a little bit. I can't remember the name of the band or the song.
Think the name of the band had the word "Cowboy" or "cowboys" in it. It was not The Cowboy Junkies or Cowboy Mouth. The band was all men, I think only about 3 of them, maybe four. The lead vocal guy had really long blond hair. The video I worked on had shots of spiders and the desert and an eye painted on glass that shatters. I'm also thinking that maybe it wasn't "Cowboy" maybe it had some kind of space name, like "Cosmic" Something or other... I know thats not much to go on, but I'm hoping someone out there remembers. A close up shot of my eye was in the video and I was telling my husband my eye had been on MTV and he is pretending not to believe me.

No worries! I lucked out - they were the second artist result on All Music for "Cowboys", and this video was the first one from the '90s when I looked them up on Youtube.
